My review will start from the visit of Stephanie J. as it was great, no sales pressure and a lot of transparency. Today (Jan. 17th 2019) Mathieu D. came to do the installation even though the weather was -24. He hustled all day to get the work done and also did an amazing job with the aluminum flashing (which I am sure not too many people would have done it under this kind of weather). I highly recommend Door Doctor and a special thank you to Mathieu for the hard work today. You are officially in the books for the non stop working.

I am most impressed with the work that Mike Anderson did on our garage door. We had first talked with the company that did the initial installation some 15 years ago. They could not meet the technical requirements. Door Doctor was recommended to us. We are thankful for that recommendation because Mike did exactly was was required.

Jackson was the installer for my garage door. He was very professional, courteous and respectful. Steph was the customer service representative. She was so helpful and understanding...going the extra mile to answer my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend using The Door Doctor.
