Stephanie, the sales person, came to my house. She was very knowledgeable about their products. After listening to my questions, she made helpful suggestions.
Kim, in the office, was very accommodating with the scheduling and confirmed the order.
Sébastien and Tyler, the technicians, were punctual arriving at the scheduled time. They were friendly, professional, efficient and tidy. They are obviously very experienced in installing garage doors and garage openers. The capping of the frame with the same color aluminum makes maintenance free.
I highly recommend Door Doctor for the quality of their products as well as their professionalism.

Excellent service!

We had issues with our garage door opener after a power outage that burned out the control panel. Mike (technician) arrived on time with a smile, explained everything he was going to do and reconfirmed when completed at each step. I appreciated his kindness and pleasant demeanor. Within an hour, he had the control replaced, reprogrammed the car remote, changed the bottom seal of the door and performed minor maintenance to the door itself. The parts and service prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. Thank you so very much for everything!

I contacted Door Doctor over the Easter holidays to fix my non-functioning garage door. They promptly sent a technician named Owen to my home. Owen quickly identified the cause of the problem and took the time to explain it to me. The repair was effectuated on the spot, efficiently and courteously. Top marks.

Was very pleased with whole process. Stephanie who came first to look at the project was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyler and Sebastien who installed the door and the flashing were both amazing. Came when they were supposed to, worked cheerfully and hard. Excellent work. We love the door!
