Amazing Service from David Sway in the Parts Department. He went way beyond the call of duty to be helpful!

I called for information about a key fob remote for my garage door and spoke with David Sway in the Parts Dept. He was amazing! Called me right back with all the information I needed. When I indicated that I wasn’t feeling well and asked for the device to be mailed he said that he would drop it off on his way home from work. Service Par Excellence!! That kind of service and caring is unheard of today!

Booked service online - same day! Jamie arrived and assessed garage doors. Very thorough in the work and in explaining what was needed, and what may be needed in the future. Took lots of time explaining how to continue to care for all of the parts. Very satisfied with the workmanship, speed and care provided.

I just wanted to mention how please we have been with the repair work of Door Doctor (previously at our old home and now at our new one). Twice we have had the technician Kurtis at our house and he has been great! He takes the time to explain the problem and how he will fix it, and is really just a pleasure to deal with.

Super nice, friendly and skilled, replaced my garage door after my wife smashed into it with our Toyota 4 runner, a metal beast of an SUV/truck. Did it in a couple hours, replaced and took away the old one for a price lower than I thought. They also cleaned up the garage as a bonus, great couple.

We have used door doctors for quite a few years to keep our old garage door working and have always been impressed by Curtis's work, so much so that when we moved we had Stephanie come and give us a quote for a new door, hardware and opener and she was a pleasure to deal with. Today Aug 22, 2023 Matt came out to install our new Garaga fully insulated door with a top of the line Liftmaster opener that is incredibly quite. Mat was a very quick, clean and efficient installer. 5 star review for a 5 star company.

This morning (2023/06/06) my garage door had both cables off. Curtis showed up at the booking time. He was a pleasant and efficient guy. He put the cables back and ensured the system worked properly. I am impressed by his professionalism/honesty, easy to talk to. In future when I need garage door service, I will call Door Doctor/Curtis, for sure.
